The challenge
The most beautiful floors are often the most slippery
Marble and polished stone define the experience of a lobby, a pool deck or a spa. With water, cleaning products or sand, they also concentrate the risk of falls. The challenge is to reduce that risk without changing how the surface looks.
Critical areas
- Lobbies and receptions
- Pools and walkways
- Restaurants and bars
- Restrooms and spa
- Entrances and ramps
- Back-of-house areas

What operations teams ask us
Does the treatment change how the floor looks?
The goal is to keep the original finish. Before treating a full area we test a discreet spot and your team signs it off.
Do we need to close the area?
We schedule during low-occupancy hours, usually at night, and coordinate with your team to mark off only the area being treated.
What documentation do we receive?
Approved quote, work order, application report with batch and photos, invoice and a QR-verifiable certificate. Everything stays in your portal.
How often should it be reviewed?
It depends on traffic and how the area is maintained. When each project closes we schedule a review that you'll see in your portal.
How do we pay?
By SPEI or international wire, or with a corporate card. Terms (deposit or on completion) are set in each quote.

Is there an area that worries you?
Tell us which surface and area you need assessed. We'll reply with a proposed technical visit.
